You need to update your picture! The surrounding area has recently been redeveloped and the car-spares shop next door is now a construction site! You might also mention that limited free street parking is available not too far away if people object to paying the now silly parking rates.
As to finding the church, the area redevelopment has made this simpler. The road layout has been changed and it is now only necessary to follow directions for the new Sainsbury supermarket.
